Our employee's, contractor's and subcontractor's health and well being are very important to us and as such we will only use products that conform to strict OH&S standards.
We do not use products unless we have a Material Safety Data Sheet (MSDS) in order to fully understand the correct storage and handling procedures for the products.
Employees are issued with, and are expected to use, appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) as specified by the manufacturer of the product or material and such equipment must used accordance with the PPE suppliers recommendations.
Bitumen products used by the Company include:
- Bitumen Class 170 (typical)
- Emulsion Bitumen
- Cutback Bitumen
- Polymer Modified Binder OLEXOBIT® S45
- Aggregate Pre-coat Product
- Aggregate Adhesion Agent
Other products used include:
- Kerosene (flux)
- Diesel (low Sulphur)
